WORKSHOP NAME

Board game on Project Management competences (ICB4)

ABOUT WORKSHOP

Studying Project Management standards might become boring, especially when you have to read hundreds of pages.

This board game bring excitement into a room and is based on new ICB4.

With this game you don’t have to be PM guru to run an exciting training session or workshop with your colleagues on PM competences.

During 2 hours teams will be competing among each other and the team with less spent budget will win.

While moving through the life-cycle phases of the project teams will face real life situations (opportunities and risks) and will have to make choices — which competences could help to use opportunity or minimise effects of the risk. Based on team’s decisions you will accelerate or slow down on the journey to the project completion.

There is no single winning strategy — everyone’s input does count, but don’t underestimate the role of PM in the team.
